As mobile DJs, hosts and entertainers, we all come up against stressful situations and unhealthy lifestyle habits. But by understanding how to breathe better and adopting some simple techniques and exercises, I believe we can all live a healthier, more focussed, less stressful life.Examples of problem breathing and over breathing include:
breathing too deeply
breathing through the mouth
breathing too fast
breathing into your chest rather than your belly/diaphragm
